These terms apply when you use this website or buy products from Value Clamps. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply.

3. Products and orders

We aim to describe and show our products accurately. Images, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device. An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable or information is incorrect.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website at the time you place your order. We take payment using the methods shown at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors and will contact you if this affects your order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Please see our Shipping Policy for current delivery information.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work. You may return eligible goods within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return postage unless the goods are faulty or we have made an error. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights, including rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed or unfit-for-purpose goods.

8. Liability

We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses where you buy as a consumer. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
